



The YKF93 Series CNC Gear Deburring Machine is a state-of-the-art vertical 5-axis solution engineered to replace outdated manual grinding and cold extrusion methods. Built with a highly rigid cast iron structure that undergoes tempering and natural aging, it ensures long-term geometric precision and stability. The machine features intelligent self-parameterized adjustment, allowing operators to input workpiece data (such as module, teeth number, and helix angle) to automatically generate chamfering programs. With a compact modular design, non-contact inductive probing, and the ability to archive processing data, the YKF93 delivers rapid setup, excellent chamfer consistency, and significantly reduced gear meshing noise.
